\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
\n\nOpportunity:

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 3 shifts per week with every other weekend commitment
\n• Patient ratio of 3 to 4 patients per nurse
\n• Primary nursing model with no unit secretaries or patient care technicians
\n• PCU/IMC experience required with management of drips and ventilators
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• Work with in-room built-in vital sign monitoring, centralized telemetry monitoring, ventilators, BiPAP, Hoyer lifts, cardiac chairs, Sara Steady, doppler, bladder scanner, and US guided IV machines
\n• Use Meditech documentation system
\n• Perform procedures including chest tubes, central lines, minor urologic procedures, and emergency intubations
\n• Participate in bedside shift reporting and use AIDET communication framework
\n• Dress code requirement: Royal blue scrubs with no artificial nail polish
\n• Travelers are first to float per collective bargaining agreement

The facility utilizes a primary nursing model and maintains state-of-the-art equipment including advanced monitoring systems and life support technology to provide comprehensive patient care.
