Farm Manager with background in farm and crop management to support, enhance and grow business operations.  

Apply your farm management knowledge to successful, growing ag business and warehouse operations. Southern Idaho farm offers long term, permanent agricultural role with well-known, respected family operations near Idaho’s Snake River.

Candidate must speak Spanish.  

This unique position requires computer and technical skills, ability to oversee large crews, and bilingual communication to interact with Spanish-speaking workforce. Ideal candidate brings business mindset, leadership skills, strong work ethic and previous farm management experience to this respected, well-known Idaho farm and warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Logistics Support: Oversee warehouse and business operations while ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Farm Knowledge Applied to Business: Use farm management experience to make informed operational decisions.
• Crew & Employee Oversight: Supervise Spanish-speaking teams to ensure fair, productive, and effective work environment and hard conversations when necessary.
• Technical & Computer Skills: Utilize technology for inventory management, reporting, and business operations.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to optimize business and warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Farm management experience required : all crops considered, row crops a plus.
• Computer and technical skills : farm management software, inventory systems, and operational tools.
• Spanish speaker required: will oversee permanent and seasonal crews 
• Problem-solving mindset: manage logistics and operational challenges.
• Leadership skills: motivate and guide teams and ensure efficiency and accountability.
• Work ethic and drive: fast-paced, growing farm and warehouse operations.
