We are looking for a passionate, culinary professional that can continue to elevate the offerings and standards in this high volume, high quality concept. Ideal person will be systems driven, detail focused with talents in leading and mentoring large and diverse team.
What you have:
***4-6 years track record as Executive Chef. Or Executive Sous in a $4M+ tightly run kitchen.
*** Hands on, lead by example, management style.
**** ability to teach, train & inspire.
