A modern restaurant known for its inventive take on classic cuisine is looking for a talented Executive Chef . Located in Chicago , it offers a stylish ambiance, high-quality ingredients, and a diverse menu featuring fresh pastas, seafood, and inventive dishes. The restaurant combines a sophisticated dining experience with a lively atmosphere, making it a popular spot for both casual meals and special occasions.

The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the BOH team. In this high volume kitchen, they will drive the preparation of every dish from scratch, focusing on fresh ingredients and culinary innovation.

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 base, 20% bonus program, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with company match, and more!

Executive Chef Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service, high-volume ($10m) restaurant
• Must have a background with Italian Cuisine and fresh pasta
• Expertise in leading and developing teams
• Skilled in managing BOH systems
