We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The selected candidate will be part of a team providing administrative support to C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve managing complex calendars, coordinating special events, and assisting with HR duties in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to C-suite executives
• Handle and manage complex calendars and scheduling of meetings
• Coordinate and confirm details for upcoming events, including catering arrangements
• Ensure the team is equipped with necessary office supplies for efficient operations
• Assist with HR duties such as facilitating the onboarding process for new employees
• Handle data entry tasks efficiently using Google Suite and Excel
• Maintain departmental organization and ensure smooth operations
• Adapt to additional responsibilities based on organizational needs and individual capacity
• Utilize various software skills including CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, About Time, Calendar Management, and Correspondence
• Documentation using Google Suite and other tools as necessary.• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar.
• Proficiency in using CRM software is essential.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites are required.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with 'About Time' software is desirable.
• Ability to manage and coordinate calendars effectively.
• Experience in handling correspondence at the executive level.
• Must have experience supporting C-Suite executives.
• Documentation skills are essential for this role.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
