Job Summary:
Jeff D'Ambrosio Dodge Chrysler Jeep is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry, responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy to drive sales and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for Jeff D'Ambrosio Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor and manage our online reputation, responding to customer reviews and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted digital advertising campaigns to drive sales.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify new opportunities for digital marketing.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of their work.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the auto industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4 and digital marketing tools/platforms.
- Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Experience with website management and content management systems.
