Sales Bizlab is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

SalesBizLab We are is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are meticulous, organized, and passionate about maintaining accuracy in data handling. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting a variety of data into our systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date, and supporting the administrative needs of the department.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$19.50  - $31.00  hourly

Location: Orlando, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into company databases and software.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Update records and retrieve data as requested by team members.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Review data for any discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with generating reports and summaries based on data input.
• Support administrative tasks related to data management and clerical work.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong typing skills and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
