**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately enter data into our systems and databases
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Manage and organize client files and records
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
**Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite)
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
