About the Role:
As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for preparing and filing Federal and State tax returns for both individuals and businesses. You will collaborate closely with Supervisors, Managers, and Principals, ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of individual and business taxation and a willingness to work as part of a team to support all phases of engagements.

Position Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant tax experience within a public accounting firm
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Master's degree is preferred)
- Active CPA license required
- Participation in career development programs to enhance supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to professionalism and teamwork
