We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our crew as Concrete Laborers to support our continued growth and commitment to excellence. Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of concrete construction including jobsite preparation, setup, and cleanup.
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete in footings, slabs, walls, and other structures.
• Operate hand and power tools such as saws, hammers, drills, trowels and concrete vibrators.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Install rebar, formwork and reshoring systems under supervision.
• Maintain clean and safe jobsite conditions at all times.
• Follow direction from foremen and project leads to meet job specifications.
• Work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and dust.

• General knowledge of concrete construction, including placing and tying rebar, placing concrete forms, and pouring concrete.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with help.
• Physically able to walk, stoop, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with construction tools and basic safety practices.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications if needed.
• Ability to pass a drug test for jobs that require random testing.
• Reliable transportation to jobsites in WV and surrounding areas.
