Position: Senior Project Manager / Project Executive - Concrete Construction

Location: Brookfield, IL (Chicagoland Area)

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle (DOE)

Requirements: 7-12+ years in concrete construction, strong leadership background, flatwork experience a major plus

Our company is a well-established concrete contractor serving the Chicagoland area for over 40 years. The company specializes in high-quality concrete flatwork for commercial, municipal, and residential projects , including sidewalks, curbs, driveways, site concrete, parking lots, and structural flatwork.

They are a tight-knit, growing operation with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, long-term client relationships, and repeat business. With a solid backlog of work and continued growth planned into 2026 and beyond, they are looking to bring on a senior-level leader to help oversee and scale operations.

The Opportunity

Our company is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Superintendent with deep experience in concrete construction. This individual will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage Project Managers and field teams.

You will be responsible for projects from pre-construction through final closeout , ensuring schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. This is a leadership role with real influence on operations and future growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee multiple concrete projects from pre-construction through punch-out

• Manage and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership

• Review contracts, schedules, budgets, and change orders

• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and internal teams

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

• Support estimating and pre-construction efforts as needed

• Maintain strong client relationships and help drive repeat business

What You Need

• 7-12+ years of experience in concrete construction

• 5+ years in a Project Manager or senior leadership role

• Experience overseeing multiple projects and teams

• Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork, site concrete, and municipal work

• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations

• Experience with construction management software (Procore a plus)

• Commercial and municipal project experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
