Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 + Full Benefits

Manage a caseload of complex commercial bodily injury claims, including catastrophic injuries and fatalities
Conduct comprehensive investigations using police reports, medical records, expert assessments, and witness statements
Evaluate liability, damages, and policy coverage to make strategic claim determinations
Partner with legal counsel throughout the litigation process, including mediations, depositions, and trials
Negotiate settlements within authority limits while ensuring optimal claim outcomes and cost control
5+ years of experience in commercial claims, specifically complex bodily injury and litigation management
Experience in product liability, construction defect, and/or liquor liability claims preferred
Deep understanding of tort law, coverage analysis, litigation, and settlement negotiation strategies
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills
Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000
