The Opportunity

As a Practice Manager at our new Sutton, MA Urgent Care Clinic, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational efficiency of the clinic while contributing to its long-term strategic goals & blending your hands-on clinical experience. This role will involve hybrid duties including administrative and clinical responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare administration, financial management, and team leadership.

Your Impact

    • Operational Management:

    • Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

    • Efficiently manage and lead the scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service.
    • Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Act as the point of contact for any patient feedback, working with the Medical Leadership team to address concerns.
    • Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget.

    • Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative and supportive work environment.

    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development.
    • Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members.

    • Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.

    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
