We seek a seasoned Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead our risk management strategy and ensure long-term portfolio health. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving informed decision-making across the organization. What You'll Do: Participate in deal origination and negotiation, leading credit analysis and customer KYC (Know Your Customer). Manage the transaction evaluation process, ensuring critical deal issues are identified and risk-reward trade-offs are considered. Monitor financial performance of lessees and counterparties, keeping senior management informed of developments. Oversee risk distribution across the portfolio (credit, jurisdiction, asset type, etc.) and present quarterly Portfolio Quality Reviews to the Board. Lead Aircastle's Enterprise Risk Management process and update Risk Appetite Guardrails annually. Manage and develop a team of risk management professionals across Dublin, Singapore, and Stamford, CT. Why Aircastle?
