Job Description

Capital Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Title Administrator to join our fast-paced team!. This role will primarily support inter-company title reassignments and buy/sell title reassignments, collaborating closely with our Title Department. The ideal candidate will possess relevant title experience and the ability to adapt quickly to varying tasks. What you'll be doing:

• Assist with intercompany title reassignments and buy/sell title reassignments.
• Work collaboratively with our Title Department providing support as needed
• Complete Title Audits
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to title transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
• Address any inquiries or issues that may arise during the title assignment process.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in title administration or a related field is essential.
• Notary certification is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain one is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
