Key responsibilities: Your mission is to contact customers who have requested more information about the renovations we offer. You will only be contacting customers who have already expressed interest. (NO cold calling.) Your primary goal is to answer customer questions and schedule in-home appointments for our Design Consultants to meet with them and provide custom quotes for their projects. Record customer information, notes, etc in our CRM Send confirmation texts and emails Here is what we are looking for: Customer Service experience with Sales background preferred Strong work ethic with a Team Player mentality Positive, can-do attitude Excellent customer service skills Punctual, sense of urgency Attention to detail High computer competencies, experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite preferred Ability to adapt to different personality types Strong phone and verbal communication skills Be able to pass a background check and drug screen This is an on-site position at our Oldsmar, FL office, not a remote position.
