Job Summary
We are seeking a Window Treatment Installer to join our team! As a Window Treatment Installer, you will be traveling to different job sites, inspecting the area, and installing a variety of different window treatment products based on the client's needs, including residential and commercial. You will also be maintaining a safe, clean work environment, taking accurate measurements of the space, and answering client questions on-site. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, has excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites, observe and measure the designated area, and determine the needs of the client
• Accurately and safely install window treatments of many types, with strong attention to detail
• Communicate professionally and effectively with the clients to keep them informed of their projects and how to operate them.
• Follow all safety guidelines to foster a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• The ability to work well independently or within a team
• The ability to lift and carry heavy objects safety
