Your Mission

You’ll take charge on the floor — leading by example, driving efficiency, and inspiring others through action. You’ll help shape a culture built on ownership, teamwork, and the 5S mindset .

What You’ll Do

• Operate turret trucks, order pickers, and wire-guided narrow-aisle equipment with confidence and safety.
• Lead and coach your team in 5S principles — keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and efficient.
• Jump in wherever needed — picking, loading, and solving problems on the spot.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully across all departments.
• Drive daily goals and push for continuous improvement.
