Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Phillipsburg, NJ
Pay Range: $30 per hour (temp to hire)
Regular Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Flexibility Required: Due to peak seasons, promotions, and holidays, start times may vary. During these periods, hours of operation will change to 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations on assigned shifts, ensuring effective customer service and compliance.
• Assign, direct, and monitor the work of warehouse staff to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Maintain effective inventory controls and conduct cycle counts on a predetermined schedule.
• Train warehouse staff in effective operations, safety, and security protocols.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly paperwork in a timely manner.

What You Need:

• 2-5 years of distribution/warehouse operations experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including AS-400, Microsoft Word, Excel, and WMS.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
