Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the efficient operations of our facility and warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating facility maintenance and overseeing all warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, assembly, picking, packing, shipping, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist with the receiving, shipping, and organization of inventory.
• Oversee and actively participate in the unloading and loading of products.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and procedures are followed.
• Inspect received items for defects, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure products are properly stored in designated areas and system locations.
• Conduct routine machine checks to maintain quality before shipment.
• Maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations and workflows.
• Ensure tools and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and operational.
• Enforce warehouse policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the use of protective gear when necessary.
• Coordinate facility repairs to ensure the site remains fully operational.
• Assume responsibility for site operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and SAP.
