Warehouse Amazon Coordinator

Job Summary:

  • Lead a team of 2-4 associates to ensure efficient fulfilling of Amazon Order requests.
  • Update the Director of Logistics on Key Performance Indicators and operational performance.
  • Manage all shipment requests for Amazon Fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify and update inventory stock quantities on stock status reports or electronic information systems; finalize orders and adjust as necessary 
  • Prepare Amazon orders by assembling, weighing, and securing pallet loads using appropriate wrapping and loading equipment.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts of cartons or containers and crosscheck for accuracy during cycle counts and physical inventory process.
  • Attach proper identification on shipments indicating correct delivery address for destination of customer order.
  • Prepare Bills of Lading, including unit piece counts and weights, and any notations as required.
  • Load delivery vehicles as required.
  • "Ship Confirm" Orders for invoicing and inventory purposes.
  • Maintain high product quality and service standards
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and rules including environmental and regulatory guidelines and the use all required safety equipment.
  • Maintain quality and cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
  • Communicate with the warehouse supervisor on any upgrades to improve job efficiency.
  • Cross train on various warehouse functions and, including, but not limited to stock handling and shipping/receiving.
  • Fill bottles of scented oil with high precision and accuracy

Required Skills:

  • Ability to create and follow Standard Operating Procedure’s (SOP’s)
  • Ability to be cross trained to support warehouse supervisor when needed.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and the willingness to be cross functional
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness.
  • Basic math skills, ie: addition/subtraction/multiplication.

Required Education 

Education: High School graduate or equivalent required.

Preferred Experience:

1+ years of experience working with Amazon FBA

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift.

Work Environment

This job operates in a physical, warehouse setting. This role routinely uses physical abilities to perform tasks throughout the warehouse.

  • Shifts: Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm; may be required to work overtime (up to 4 hours past regularly scheduled shift) and weekends when required.
