Sales planning, funnel management, customer segmentation, P&L ownership, strategic execution and talent development.
Proven builder of teams, operations and customer relationships.
General Manager mindset. Strong industry reputation and national account experience.
Salesforce, MS Office, Navision.
30-60-90 day sales planning.
Roll up sleeves type of position.

Manage a sales team of 7. 4 plants producing products, all in CA. The company just owns the equipment.
Responsibility includes all food distributors (approximately 30-40) throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.
Base Salary $200-250K + 30% bonus, 100% company paid medical, dental, vision and Life insurance, EAP program, 401K, profit sharing approximately 12% annual, possible performance-based equity incentive plans , Relocation assistance.
