**Roles and Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound sales calls from warm leads
* Effectively communicate the benefits of our cleaning services
* Convert inquiries into booked appointments and sales
* Overcome objections and close deals confidently
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
* Provide excellent customer service and follow up with potential clients
**Skills and Experience Needed:**
* Fluent in English with excellent grammar and communication skills
* Strong sales and persuasion abilities
* Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using remote communication tools
* Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
**Job Details:**
* **Pay:** $6/hour + weekly performance-based bonuses
* **Shifts Available:**
* Weekdays: 4 PM - 8 PM (PST)
* Weekends: 8 AM - 5 PM (PST)
* **Remote Position:** Yes
* **Preferred Location:** Open to applicants who can work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time
