About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Executive Office, specifically within a group dedicated to leadership advisory and succession planning. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's leadership development strategy, conducting executive leadership assessments, and coaching senior leaders on various aspects of leadership, including transitions and integration. This role is integral to the firm's mission of being a world-class leadership development organization and is focused on enhancing the company's reputation for leadership excellence. Candidates for this position should have a Master's degree or PhD, with a preference for a background in organizational psychology or a similar field. The role requires a demonstrated track record in developing top leaders, group facilitation, and strong consultative skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to coach senior leaders, teach, and speak on leadership topics, as well as excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. A strong commercial orientation and a good understanding of the firm's business are essential, as is a curious, candid, and optimistic approach. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in leadership development and as an executive coach is preferred. The role also involves building relationships across the senior leadership community and other functions to serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
