·      For new\ngraduates, this role offers direct mentorship from the Medical Director and participation in NVA's structured 12-month Mentorship Program .\nIn this program, our Associate Doctor will have access to:

*\nOne-on-one surgical and medical support from Dr. Jodi Long, current President\nof TVMA and Oklahoma Mentor

*\nSuite of wellness programming focusing on stress management and cultivating a\nbalanced approach to your life

*\nCohort of other new graduate ADVMs in Texas with planned social events, team\nbonding, and engagement
