Job Description

Archbold Urology is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its well-established, employed provider group, Archbold Medical Group. Currently, the practice is composed of three board-certified urologists and three physician assistants. The urologists at Archbold Urology specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the kidneys, adrenal glands, ureters, urinary bladder, urethra, and reproductive organs. Our urologists are highly trained in the latest surgical treatments for common and complex urologic conditions including urological cancer.

Responsibilities of this position would include:

• Diagnosis and treatment of specialty specific patients for age groups adolescents, adults and geriatrics
• Assessment and management of pain
• Outpatient/inpatient clinical responsibilities applicable to specialty specific patients for age groups adolescents, adults and geriatrics
• Understands importance of excellent customer service and teamwork
• Maintains complete, accurate and legible documentation
• Assumes responsibility for professional development and ongoing education to maintain a high degree of proficiency
• Demonstrates consistent level of performance and productivity
