Role: Trust and Safety Program Manager

Location: Cupertino CA - Hybrid

Duration: 03+ Months Contract with possibility of extension

Rate: $110/hr. on W2 all inclusive

We are looking for a program management resource to set up a system for tracking our portfolio of projects and help drive a number of related initiatives setting up the foundation for our team management system. Here are the areas that this role will focus on:

Portfolio management & team foundation

* Develop processes for managing portfolio of Social Trust &Safety projects and manage implementation of processes
* Intake and prioritization
* Weekly reports
* Milestone reviews
* Weekly team meeting
* Own internal communications for portfolio status
* Update chorus to reflect current team, service offerings and how to engage us

External Engagement (assumes no external engagement manager has been funded/hired)

* Support vetting of potential external engagement partners (supports the work but is not the DRI)
* Handle administrative and contractual facets of relationships and engagements
* Contracts
* Budgets
* Scheduling
* Tracking
* Ensure engagements are meeting regulatory guidelines
