Hospital

XRAY TECH

Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30

Shifts: 5x8's Weekdays (hospital 3 days and ULMC Imaging Center 2 days) Imaging Center is on campus

We support ER, OR, Pediatrics, NICU, CCU and a general inpatient population. We also support several outpatient clinics including orthopedics, neurosurgery, cardiology and primary care.

General X-ray, portable X-ray, fluoroscopic procedures, C-arm procedures in OR with Ortho, General, Urology and Neuro surgery, Trauma.

Tech needs to be able to show at least 10 hours of training in Fluroscopy including radiation safety/dose control. It’s an Alaska requirement but there is no specific license or certification.

GE C-arms and Fuji rooms & portables required

ARRT (R)

Position: Technologist

Specialty/Modality: Radiography

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)

Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
