PRIDE Health is seeking a travel nurse RN CNO - Chief Nursing Officer for a travel nursing job in Bronx, New York.
As the CNO, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for nursing, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers our nursing staff. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping our organizational culture, enhancing clinical outcomes, and driving excellence in nursing practice.
Required: 1. Master's degree in nursing or related field; Doctorate in nursing or health administration preferred 2. Current RN licensure and relevant certifications in nursing leadership 3. 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including experience in a senior management role 4. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and drive change initiatives 5.
