Traveler Weekly Blended Pay : $3495 weekly ($48/hr w2 + $1575/week stipend)

Locals Hourly Pay : $70/Hour

Start Date: September 30, 2025

Job Type: 13-week Contract

Position Summary:

• We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented interventional technologist to be responsible for operating imaging equipment for diagnostic purposes.
• The interventional technologist's responsibilities include following physicians' orders regarding the area of the body to scan, positioning patients and equipment, and answering patients' questions.
• The interventional technologist will use imaging equipment to capture images of tissues, bones, organs, and vessels, and may assist in the administration of radiation therapy treatments or radiopharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing examination rooms for patient examinations.
• Administering radiopharmaceuticals to obtain clear, usable images.
• Positioning patients and equipment, explaining the procedures, and ensuring patients' comfort.
• Inserting commands and data into the computer to document and specify the scan sequences, and monitoring the video display to adjust the density or contrast.
• Monitoring patients during examinations, ensuring their safety, and following procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.
• Producing diagnostic images, reporting important information to the Physician, and updating patients' records.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience Interventional Technologist
• Active ARRT license
• Current BLS 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with Interventional and Neuro Interventional training
• Radiologic technologist versed in Interventional and Neuro Interventional procedures.
• Circulating and assisting with scrubbing in IR procedures.
• Graduate from an accredited college or school of Radiology Technology or equivalent is required.
• IVR Technologist-Neuro body IR and Neuro IR.
