This role will support the travel coordination for the Chief People Officer, Senior Fellow (former Chief People Officer) and Vice Chair of company (former Chief Administrative Officer) on a temporary basis in partnership with the Sr. Executive Assistants to the CPO, Senior Fellow and Vice Chairman.
Travel Services: Responsible for managing and analyzing services provided by travel vendors and recommends changes to established policies and guidelines as appropriate.
Meeting Services: Responsible for planning, developing and managing events (e.g., Board, Sales and other meetings) for internal and/or external clients.
