Job Title Transaction Coordinator
Job Description Summary This position is responsible for day-to-day transaction management oversight on behalf of C&W and national clients. Responsibilities include managing the office's escrow and due diligence process, acting as liaison between the Sellers and Buyers throughout the transaction process, and real-time tracking of deal flow and revenue projections, among many others.

Transaction Coordinator for our Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group (SB-MAG) in our

Job Responsibilities - Drafting brokerage agreements
- Analyzing sales contracts and drafting deal timelines in accordance
- Managing delivery of due diligence documents & ensuring PSA compliance
- Maintaining and updating internal production sheet in real-time as new listing agreements are awarded and deals move throughout the transaction process to under LOI, under contract, etc.
- Promptly handling any deal related client correspondence or requests from contract to close
- Scheduling site visits for appraisers, lenders, etc. during the due diligence period
- Interfacing with Investor's third parties on financial questions and document requests
- Closing preparation - tracking closing dates, drafting Invoices and Broker Lien Waivers
- Creating and documenting deals into Engage for documentation and expense tracking purposes
- Deal file management / internal compliance
Other - Maintaining and updating internal market share tracker as internal and competitor deals close
- Overseeing corporate credit card accounts and submitting expense reports and mileage reimbursement bi-weekly for sales team
- Managing travel accounts and booking travel for sales team through Carlson Wagonlit Travel
- Approving TMS investor applications and managed the TMS Client Database
- Maintaining and updating the TMS Project Manager Pipeline to reflect deal statuses
- Circulating miscellaneous meeting invites
Position Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Pre-Law or Real Estate highly preferred
- Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Alabama Real Estate Salesperson License or ability to obtain is required
- Ability to read and understand real estate documents (i.e., listing agreement, purchase and sale agreement, confidentiality agreement)
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask on several projects
