Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Remote-Based Clinician to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals. This role will focus on providing essential mental health services to individuals and families in Monroe County, IL, with the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Teamwork: Attend monthly meetings with the Clinical Supervisor and program staff for administrative planning. Participate in various meetings, including staff meetings, medical staffings, supervision sessions, clinical staffings, annual evaluations, and other agency-related gatherings.
Clinical Services: Provide a range of mental health services, including assessments, family, individual, group, and marital therapy, as well as case management services for clients of all ages.
Documentation and Reporting: Complete all required clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in line with agency standards for timeliness, accuracy, and format.
Meeting Service Standards: Ensure that billable services meet the agency's expectations and standards.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in peer reviews, program evaluations, and pursue professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and service outcomes.
Additional Duties: Assist with program policy changes, supervise practicum students, support staff development, and contribute to self and program development, as needed.
Licensure: Ensure all professional licensure requirements are met and maintained.

Competitive Compensation: Starting wage of $22.23 - $28.44 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus. A full-time bonus of $250 will be awarded after 30 days and an additional $250 after 6 months of employment.
Requirements:
A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
A valid Illinois State License in Professional Counseling or Social Work.
Experience providing counseling and case management for adult and child clients.
Experience working in a community mental health setting is preferred.
Familiarity with providing telehealth services to adults, adolescents, and children.
Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and ensure client confidentiality.
Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, with guidance from the IT department when necessary.
Clear communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
