Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. Key Responsibilities: You will be involved in gathering and interpreting data requirements, research and analysis, business design, data mapping, developing data sourcing and transaction monitoring solutions. You will be using Teradata and possibly SAS and Unix scripting for software development. The ideal candidate will be able to learn business processes and apply that knowledge to assigned tasks, and will have good knowledge of banking products, operational process and end-to-end transaction flow. You will also be able to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business and leadership and will understand databases and have good technical skills in querying and analyzing data (SQL or equivalent) and strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.). *Candidate must be located in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX as this is a hybrid role and will require 3 days/week onsite. Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Teradata
• HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Unix Scripting
• Experience in Teradata SQL
• Experience with Banking Products
• Bachelors or Associates Degree
