Job Description: Information Risk and Cybersecurity (IRC) Recruiter

We are seeking a multifaceted Information Risk and Cybersecurity (IRC) Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is more than a typical recruiting position; it's a change agent role to support our expanding IRC organization. There is a lot to be done, and we need someone who is up for the challenge.

What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for both contract and FTE roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while working closely with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with their needs.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and clean data in Workday.
- Explore New Channels: Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels. This role is not for those who prefer to "post and pray."
Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably at high-growth FinTech companies.
- Technical Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of technology concepts, specifically in cybersecurity.
- Education: BA/BS degree required
- Skills: Ability to identify and penetrate new recruiting channels based on research and industry knowledge. Outstanding interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Workday as an ATS.

Pay Details: $36.50 per hour
