Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and securing top technical talent to meet the needs of our diverse clients. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing and recruiting to drive our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we continue to provide the highest level of service to both our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Identify and source top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Client Collaboration:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical staffing needs and deliver candidates who meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their business objectives and ongoing talent needs.
  • Market Insight:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to effectively engage with candidates and advise clients.
  • Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking data to guide clients and candidates in making informed decisions.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT or technology sectors.
  • Strong ability to source, engage, and close top technical talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen understanding of technology trends and the ability to speak the language of tech professionals.
