Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract relevant candidates by using company CRM, Linkedin, Indeed, and other relevant job boards, forums, communities and social media platforms
• Schedule and conduct interviews while vetting candidates for open positions
• Manage candidate expectations through the hiring and onboarding process and keep in contact with them while on assignment with our clients and throughout their employment with Converge Resources
• Consistently achieve metric goals for phone time, interviews, sendouts, and placements as agreed to with Recruiting Manager
• Maintain accurate records in company CRM
• Manage own schedule to work remotely with professionalism

Qualifications:

• Compensation: Base Salary + Commission Structure
