Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Remote Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client base, including private companies, construction, insurance, real estate, manufacturing, and not-for-profit organizations. We also offer the flexibility of remote work, with the option to work from our office in Irvine, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review complex multi-state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals, including consolidated returns.
- Assist clients in navigating tax planning and compliance, focusing on both technical accuracy and client service.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
- Stay updated on tax law changes and share insights with clients and team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and colleagues, ensuring clear understanding and timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA license (or in progress).
- A minimum of three years of recent public accounting experience.
- Strong technical expertise in preparing multi-state, consolidated tax returns.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
