REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS BEFORE APPLYING:

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Inside Sales Representative's key role is to welcome clients, manage initial interactions, set expectations, and guide them through the process of registering and using the client portal. This position serves as the initial contact for new clients seeking tax preparation and resolution services. Your objective is to ensure each client receives a top-tier experience from the start. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, effective time management, and a preference for a lively, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to understand clients' tax-related challenges.
• Clearly present the advantages of our tax relief services.
• Actively seek new business opportunities.
• Keep accurate client records in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while maintaining the ability to work independently.
• Efficiently manage time to achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
• Contribute positively to the overall growth and success of the team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Previous Tax Sales Skills is REQUIRED.
• Highly motivated individuals with a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Superior written, verbal, and listening communication abilities.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $35,000-$120,000.
