What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally via video and audio tools.

What You Need

• Possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and an active PTIN.
• Reliable internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week across three or more days.

How You Will Lead

• Assist customers with their taxes using TurboTax products, providing advice, full-service return preparation, and managing inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact professionally with customers via video communication software and document interactions accurately.
