Position Overview:

Role: Physician for Urgent Care Telehealth Program
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Flexible scheduling options
Compensation: Hourly rates range from $112 to $120, with additional benefits

Supervision Compensation: $150 per Nurse Practitioner per month (estimated at 1 hour/month per NP)
Night and Weekend Differential: 15% additional pay for hours worked during nights and weekends
Responsibilities:

Serve as a supervising physician for a team of at least five Nurse Practitioners, conducting quarterly chart reviews and holding virtual meetings as needed.
Perform synchronous video and phone evaluations, along with asynchronous communication to assist patients effectively.
Provide urgent care treatment for a variety of conditions, including minor injuries, respiratory infections, skin issues, gastrointestinal problems, allergies, and more.
Work with a diverse patient population in an organization that values inclusivity and evidence-based care for everyone.
Requirements:

Active MD or DO license in good standing in five states, including California, and at least three of the following: Pennsylvania, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Missouri, Mississippi, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
Board-certified with a valid DEA certification.
Minimum of two years of independent practice experience post-graduation.
Ability to supervise at least five Nurse Practitioners.
Comfortable with technology and possess strong communication skills, along with a professional demeanor.
Telemedicine or virtual care experience is strongly preferred.
