We are excited to announce Summer 2025 law clerks recruitment. We are seeking a minimum commitment of 20 hours a week (20-40). The successful candidate will have the unique experience of working alongside our attorneys, gaining practical, hands-on, legal experience within our litigation and transactional practice while gaining exposure to all facets of our company. The successful candidate will receive a high level of visibility with clients of our law firm and executive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Support the legal team in drafting various legal documents, including discovery, demand letters, contracts, and corporate governance
• Assist in drafting state and federal court complaints
• Appear in court and depositions with Attorneys
• Participate in law firm meetings
• Conduct legal research
• Assist in client intake
• Assist and support law firm operations

Qualifications

• Rising 2L or 3L; Recent law school graduate
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Partner with legal and non-legal personnel for projects assigned
• Ability to synthesize complex and diverse information and identify items requiring additional information or action

Compensation

Paid Position. Hourly pay DOE.

Schedule

On-Site in San Francisco, CA.
