You are empowered to drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and strong community engagement. You coach your team to reach their full potential and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers and associates. Develop a strong operational dynamic within the team to achieve store goals. Promote in-store community events and philanthropic partnerships. Use tools and reporting to oversee store profitability, effective budgeting, and payroll. Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail plans. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing.
