Job Title: S terile Processing Tech (Night Shift) Location: Shreveport, LA 71103 Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Pay rate: $30/hr. on W2 Job Summary: - The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for directing, planning, and coordinating activities within the sterile processing department to support patient care demands.
- This role ensures efficient management of OR supply inventory, proper maintenance and repair of OR equipment, and effective oversight of personnel and resources.
- The technician maintains productivity standards, upholds quality performance, and ensures all inventory levels remain sufficient for uninterrupted patient care at a cost-effective level.

Education & Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience working with and leading teams.
Preferred: - Graduation from an accredited program in Surgical Technology OR a Bachelor’s degree in Surgical Technology
- 2 years of sterile processing experience
- Experience working as a Scrub Tech or Surgical Tech in a hospital setting
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
- Certified Sterile Processing Department Technician (CSPDT)
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
