We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Stage Hand to join our Winstar Events team located at WinStar World Casino and Resort.
Summary: Assists with the setting up and cleaning of all areas associated with entertainment and events at the facility.

* Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Assists other facility employees when needed
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Assist in set-up, preparation, provide support for all special events, concerts and venues held
- Provides support in set up, table ware preparation, serving, running errands, breakdown, cleanup and post event wrap up
- Provides support in offsite events including but not limited to, preparation, set up, running errands, answer questions, interact with guest, handing out promo items, clean up
* Assist patrons inside venue with various outlets of entertainment options
- Assists patrons to find assigned seats
- Assists with crowd flow during concert intermission
- Directs patrons to dining, various gaming options, entertainment, restrooms and any additional services provided by the facility
* Assists with all event center production and staging, including sound and lighting
* Ensures a clean and orderly room at all times, including dressing rooms and break out rooms
* Sets up, numbers and tags chairs as needed per event
* Assists in advancing the show(s) load in and load out artist
* Assists in hotel pick-up and transportation needs for artists and crews
* Provides stage set up, builds risers, pipe and drape needs
* Assists with "Meet and Greet" and catering set ups
* Assists with purchasing supplies/food/drinks (all backstage riders)
* Laminates and distributes badges
* Assists with ushering
* Prepares dressing rooms with rider items for performers prior to arrival
* Assists with scanning tickets for event entry
* Assists with crowd control
* Maintains inventory of storage room items by keeping the best fresh and high quality items for national touring artists and representatives
* Keeps maintenance and inventory of venue equipment, such as, but not limited to, stage, legs, risers stairs, pipe and drape, yellow jackets and furniture
* Maintains a very professional relationship with crew members, tour managers and touring artists
* Maintains and cleans backstage and hospitality areas and ensures that dressing room layout requirements and needs are met
* Assists with reviewing house digital assets and other digital outlets to ensure entertainment content is up to date
* Reports equipment malfunctions as appropriate to supervisor, management or maintenance
* Fuels vehicle, checks and adds fluid when needed in accordance with Chickasaw Nation standards
* All other duties as assigned
