Job Description

Spherion Staffing is searching for a Staffing Consultant to join our team. If you are self-directed, have a sense of urgency, a creative problem solver, and motivated to achieve results through commitment, persuasion, and engagement of others, we want to talk to you!

As the Staffing Consultant you will build strong relationships with Spherion clients and employees and be a talent consultant who is responsible for decision making in order to solve problems.

Salary $45-50k/year DOE

Responsibilities:
-Embody Spherion Mission, Vision, and Core Values

-Complete all required Spherion role based training

-Execute the Spherion Operating Model as a best practice

-Document all activity and communication in HRIS system

-Participate in and prepare for 1 on 1s, open order meetings, team activity reviews, recruiter meetings, candidate pipeline reviews, & delivery check-ins

Recruiting:

-Responsible for working with our clients to provide the appropriate talent to fill their needs

-Assist with the sales process and manage applicants/employees through service action for our wonderful customers

-Create, post and market open orders

-Network locally - Candidate, Customer Lead Generation, Create Brand -Awareness, and Community Involvement

-Conduct interviews with candidates

-Proactively market top candidates to customers

-Hire and place candidates for assignments

-Manage employees on assignment care

-Facilitate redeployment of employees

Operations:

-Client management of existing clients

-Client visits, identification of new opportunities, lead generation

-Manage order intake for existing clients

-Ensure compliance with Corporate, County, State, Fed and Client requirements

-Track client performance & metrics

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
-Two or Four-year college degree or equivalent recruiting experience in Office Administration, Accounting and Customer Service preferred

-Excellent communication skills

-Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

-Ability to prioritize and multitask

-Good planning and organizational skills necessary to achieve business
goals and to increase office efficiency

-Ability to work effectively in a team environment

-Ability to manage and work independently
