Staffing Consultant - Fort Myers, Florida

$39,520 - $43,680 base salary DOE, plus monthly bonus potential

The Staffing Consultant is responsible for recruiting, selecting, hiring and supervising Field Associates and for matching the needs of employers with the skills and capabilities of the Field Associates. The position reports directly to the Strategic Partner / Owner of PrideStaff Fort Myers Metro.

Staffing Consultant responsibilities include:

• Recruiting administrative, clerical, and light industrial professionals; interview and identify temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire opportunities for these candidates.
• Developing and growing PrideStaff client base through inside sales calls for flexible, temporary, or full time staffing solutions.
• Providing ongoing contact with candidates while offering professional career guidance.
• Interviewing and administering evaluations to determine skill level of candidates.
• Selecting the right candidate to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service.
• Making telephone calls and conducting one-on-one meetings with key managers and senior level executives, for the purpose of providing solutions to our clients and building on existing client relationships.
