The Role: The Operations group is looking for an individual who wants to work on cool products that are growing at a rapid pace. We are a critical part of the hardware development process. We ensure successful fulfillment for product launches and ongoing support, grow the capabilities of our current systems to meet our needs, and drive continuous improvement for the company. • Deliver results on complex projects involving teams across the company.• Work with stakeholders to define business requirements.• Understand current system capabilities and limitations.• Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems.• Coordinate with cross functional teams to implementation.• Drive continuous improvement.• Monitor supply and fulfillment of devices. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, where you facilitate challenging discussions, presenting well-prepared data to help upper management make informed decisions. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you navigate these interactions. Your technical knowledge is crucial in evaluating customer impact, and balancing product cost, quality, and schedule to ensure optimal outcomes.Basic qualifications- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience- 7+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPreferred qualification - 7+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadershipAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
