As the Sr. Manager, Talent Lifecycle Programs, Career & Talent Planning, you will lead the design and execution of Gap Inc.’s Career Philosophy and Talent Planning initiatives. This includes building scalable programs/practices and solutions that align with enterprise-wide strategies related to succession planning, leadership pipeline and high-potential programs, and career development and internal mobility. In this role, you will sit within HR’s Talent Management organization on the Talent Lifecycle Programs (TLP) team and partner closely with Talent Partners, HRBPs, and the Employee Experience team, who will help co-design and deliver your work.
