Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a full-time Special Education Teacher position in an elementary school setting, focusing on moderate to severe needs including autism. The assignment is a contract position for the current school year (CSY) and is located in Racine, Wisconsin.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Special Education License
• Experience working with moderate to severe disabilities and autism
• Ability to design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong munication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction tailored to students with moderate to severe educational needs and autism
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs aligned with state standards and student goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to promote student success
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
